Job Description

One of our clients, a known name in the travel and hospitality industry, is looking for a Client Services Manager to join them. Relying on superior communication skills, time management skills, and organizational skills, the Client Services Manager is responsible for the day to day interaction with our clients, ensuring their projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget. You will manage client meetings for ongoing and prospective projects. Other key responsibilities are project estimates, project management through the production process and billing review.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day to day client contact and support
• Manage client accounts, all activity including proposals, estimates, budgets, billing review
• Provide best in class service
• Coordinate with client partners and vendors
• Generates project and change order requests
• Takes support calls and escalates issues when necessary
• Communicates to team progress and changes related to client projects
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated technology, marketing and general business experience. Online or software experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to handle & prioritize multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the web development, SEO/PPC & marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Flexible team player with excellent cross-functional and interpersonal skills.
• Approximately 10% travel required
• Fluency in Spanish language
